Create and Maintain Your Google Business Profile 📰
Of all searches on the internet 85.55% are completed with Google—if you want to be found, you need to be on Google. (Source)
To be found, businesses and organizations are invited to create a free Google Business Profile. It’s a little piece of Google just for you. Be it a restaurant, shoe store, dog groomer, religious organization, or parent coach, all are welcome. Through Google Search (local) or Google Maps shoppers, consumers, and eaters connect via a Google Business Profile.
If you don’t have a profile, below are instructions for creating one. If you already have a profile, there are recommendations for improving it.

Purge Your Online Accounts Post-haste 🗑️
With the new year settling in you may have a need to purge yourself of a few (or a lot) of your online accounts. Not all companies make this a simple, straightforward process. A few make it nearly impossible to sever the cord that binds. If you’re an iPhone (or iPad) user though, you are in luck. In June 2022 Apple began requiring that iOS developers allow users to easily delete their account and all associated data, even if users did not use the app to create their account and instead created their account on the web.
Download the iOS app of any website or web account you want to purge.
Navigate to the settings of your account in the app.
Behold the Delete Account button.
Purge on, oh dear reader!
AI, ChatGPT, and Ryan Reynolds 🐱💻
Artificial intelligence (AI), and specifically ChatGPT, has been all the buzz lately. Waves of people are touting its merits and potentialities for good while just as many seem to be portending doom and chaos. In the end both parties may be 50% right. You may be asking yourself “what actually is ChatGPT?” or “are there things I can do with AI right now to better understand it’s impact long term?” Well, I have you covered and more.
What is ChatGPT?
“ChatGPT enables users to ask questions or tell a story, and the bot will respond with relevant, natural-sounding answers and topics. The interface is designed to simulate a human conversation, creating natural engagement with the bot. ChatGPT is not a search engine, therefore it does not have the ability to search the internet for information. Rather, it uses the information it learned from training data to generate responses.” (Source)
Can I try out ChatGPT?
Certainly. Go here. If you get the message “ChatGPT is at capacity right now”, try back later or ask to be notified when it’s back up. You are required to create an account.
Are there other things I can do with AI besides create text based responses, like with ChatGPT?
